Can you use a airaid filter to replace a jlt big air filter? I like the blue color of the airaid. I noticed the airaid doesn't have a screen like the stock and the jlt has. Is this a issue or not?

The car: 2013 GT500 approx 5,000 miles when I first modified on it.
Mods: upper pulley, off road x, vmp 67 tb, air tube (not big air)
Result: Hot summer day on the dyno 689 hp / 696 tq.
Car now has 23,000 miles
Updated mods: JLT 123 mm , new tune
Result: cool October day 669 hp...
Just wanted to throw this out there. When going above 120 I hear a howl coming from the front right side of the car. I think it might be the tire but I am not sure. It appears to have some life still on it.(gy) Have any of you experienced this? Any other causes I should explore?
