Has anyone had one of the heavy duty TOB's/retainer sleeves go bad?
Seems like I'm having that problem again with the upgraded parts, but worse this time.
When I depress the clutch and leave it down, it squeals and I can smell burning clutch.
It's been about 40k miles since I upgraded the...
Because of worsening arthritis in my left foot, it is becoming increasingly difficult to drive the Cobra, stiff clutch and all.
Does anyone know of an aftermarket hydraulic clutch kit that can be installed?
Here is a video of my idle problem. Already cleaned the MAF and IAC. Plugs are relatively new and have been smooth until just recently. No check engine light. Its not so much a rough idle as a surge up and down.

Has anyone tried one of these?:
PA Performance Mustang Alternator - 130 Amp (03-04 Cobra) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!
I'm about to replace the alternator for the 2nd time and this has a liftime warranty.
It's been about 6 years since my car last had the stalling issue. Coming to a stop, clutch depressed, it dies, but unpredictably so. I notice sometimes the RPMS drop low then come back to normal. I had all the reflashing/tune stuff done back in 03/04.
Can bad spark plugs cause a similar problem?
Lately my transmission is making more noise than usual. It is louder, with a slightly higher pitch, especially in gears 4-6. My car only has about 35k miles. Anyone else notice this?
Is there any better way, besides spraying on the cleaner and rinsing it? I can never seem to get it clean enough. Still seems pretty dirty after all that. Anybody ever soaked it in a bucket overnight?

Anyone know if this will work with the '03 Mach 460 system and whether this is a good price?
At 19k miles, my tob started making a little noise, no big deal, shifting seemed ok., decided to go ahead and replace the clutch and TOB at the same time.
This was what the retainer sleeve looked like when it was removed:
Broken in two! I'm out of warranty, since its more than 3...
Why are the replacement Idlers 92, 100, and 100 mm, while the stock ones are all 90 mm? Is there an advantage to bigger idler pullies and if so why only 2 out of 3?
