Should work. I had one in my 03 GT with a Mach 460. Worked just fine. But I wasn't sure if I could get one to work with my 04 Cobra with a Mach 1000, so I just bought a deck that's iPod compatible.

Factory radio must have a button labeled "COMP" and another button labeled "SHUFFLE".
» You will need to disconnect the external factory CD changer, if you have one, and connect the new adapter in its place.
» The factory radio must not have a built-in CD changer.
» Adapter plugs into the factory radio.
» The Crutchfield MasterSheet, if available, does not cover OEM integration.

from crutchfields website. Says must not have a built in CD changer, which the Mach system does after 2001. Everything before was the 2 piece setup

NEO wants $225 for an adapter. :nonono: My 80GB iPod cost $350 so to spend 2/3 of that on an adapter is highway robbery in it's newest form... ! :fm: I wish there was a better way & competition for thiis company so they couldn't just dictate a price they think is fair. We all know it's not.
