Any tips or tricks for removing this thing? I've got big hands, and this bypass valve is in the tightest place possible it seems. Tried attacking it from underneath, doesn't look like I can slip the pipe out without removing the fan shroud.

Any major secret to changing the belt out for a new one? It looks pretty straight forward, relieve the tensioner, slip the old belt off - then it looks like the head unit + a bracket needs to be removed before you can completely pull the old belt out, and slip the new one in?
