Bingo! I beat the snot out of mine and she kept coming back for more.
PI heads/intake and 4:10s made it a blast

I’m in OH and drove 4 hours to get mine a few months ago.. i watched marketplace religiously for months.I've been on the hunt for a 94-94 GT/Cobra Coupe. Man, are they hard to come by in my area.

A lot. I've always wanted to add one of those to the stable. Very nice .I wonder what my 1 owner 18k mile mystic would go for?

If I lived down south, I'd have a >1998 Mustang GT w/manual as my daily driver. IMHO, Mustangs have been one of the consistently best built vehicles America has ever produced.
I've owned a 1980, a couple 2001's, a 2005, and the current 2020. All very dependable vehicles. Somewhere around 240,000 miles between them all. Only new one I've ever owned is the 2020. Loved them all.
Thanks Flat Rock!
Nope. Not even close100% right
Yup. Same thing I did.
I want another one so bad.
Though there’s a beat to shit 4 eye by my house for $2000
And that’s partly in my opinion why the car scene is dying and/ or why kids have switched over to a lot of rust rockets with loud exhaust and vendor stickers. This is not a good time for younger people to get into the car scene. Prices of everything went to the moon. Back in 1995, I was a 22 year old kid and got my first real job. A few months later I bought a used 91 coupe in mint condition with 19K miles on it for $8500. I don't think today's generation will have any chance at doing something similar.
In 1999 I was able to buy myself a 1970 Camaro that was in pretty good shape. I also was able to mod it, all on a high school budget, paid $5,500 for it. I couldn’t even think about the possibility of buying one in today’s market. Even rust buckets are going for high dollars. The car flippers/investors in my opinion killed the car scene for the future generation of upcoming gear heads. This is not a good time for younger people to get into the car scene. But the 96-98 GTs were the turds of the bunch.
94-95 still used the 5.0.What was bad about them? Serious question as i dont know. I thought 94/95 were the ones to avoid? Is 99-04 that much better?
I drove a couple 98 GTs and they seemed ok to me. they sure looked good.
