I have heard of issues on some of the cars running kb or whipple's on compound boost. Dont know why or how but just have heard a few people saying there were issues to be worked out going that route
KB has openly admitted that their blower seals will not hold the boost from a compound setup, this was after a few people tried and had problems.
Whipple has made no such claim of their blowers and to my knowledge no one has tried do to fear of replicating the KB issue. Though if memory serves there was a gentleman on modfords that was going to try with a whiple.
That said to my knowledge as well (which not to be an ass I've researched this a lot) no one has used a centi blower in a compound setup either though I did propose the idea in the turbo section a while ago and no one seemed to find any fault with it the thread died silently into the night.
