I have them get the designs and get it approved by their town, and HOA etc. The serious ones will do the footwork and I know they’re serious. That’s when I provide the estimate. No use estimating something that may or may not be approved. Also prevents the tire kicker waste of time conversations.

Yes maybe look at cars within your budget. For example if you have 20k, look for a 14k car and it will leave extra money for taxes and miscellaneous items offered in the dealer finance office. An example of what not to do would be to look at 20k cars and offer the dealer 14k. Hopefully this helps.

You should be able to edit your post to looking for a 2001 Cobra rear bumper because if you dont own a 2003/2004 cobra and then its not the right bumper for your 2001 Cobra. You can also post your 2001 Cobra for sale on this site and purchase a real 03/04 Cobra if necessary. Hope this helps

I would recommend contacting etrailer.com - have sent a lot of customers there. They are very responsive as of two years ago and are very knowledgeable. They will not steer you wrong including liability with weight on individual makes and models.
