From two good friends who I regularly track with, a new yellow GT350 caught on fire at RRR today. My buddy told me that the a cooler line came loose, sprayed the exhaust and burned the back of the car. He said the car had MSPC2's on it and "it looked bad". The driver was lucky to get out of it...
With actual lap times, session length, temps, etc.?
There was one at Sebring in January, but hand timing had it running mid-:30's, so the car was clearly not being pushed hard. Anybody running one at a minimum of Spec Miata laps times for full sessions and if so, feedback?

I like my Mustang. Ford hit a home run with the '13/'14 GT500's IMO. After being uninterested in Mustang for several years they brought me back and I bought two. The GT500 has been an incredibly entertaining car, both on the drag strip and at the track.
But I've been looking at the GT350...
I made my second trip to Road Atlanta last weekend. It's not likely to be any more than a twice-a-year venue for me since it's a ~520 mile pull each way, but it's a great track.
The difference from June was, aside from MUCH more tolerable weather, Hoosier R6's. I first ran these in August at...
I bought these from Steve at Tousley in late '12 from my '13, so aside from the tires these are all genuine OEM Ford parts. I mounted them once while at Orlando Speedworld and made two passes with them at the very end of a rental, drove the car back home and put the stock wheels/tires back on...
Was a great weekend at Road A last weekend. Just very hot! Temps in the mid-90's with relatively high humidity aren't very pleasant. I ran all weekend, no problems and (like 13CobraToy) I think my brake issues are resolved with 2-piece RB racing rotors, Hawk pads, Motul 660 and custom made...

Tob is going to be adding the new, updated list to the OP. If you have not submitted your timeslip and mods for inclusion...
I ran another weekend at Sebring this past weekend with Chin. It was hot (~90*) both days and I was on almost-dead GY F1's. Also, I left the brakes untouched from Daytona with Hawk DTC60's on factory rotors. The heat the Hawks generate is cracking the factory rotors and I will be changing this...
It's coming time to switch to a 19" square setup for the track that I can rotate to preserve tire life. I plan to run a Hoosier on the car. Obviously need to clear front '13/'14 GT500 calipers.
Any recommendations appreciated.
I know Slowponycar is running a set of Forgeline GA1R's that I...
My first time at this track. Weather was typical awesome S. Florida March sunshine. Last session on Saturday got crappy as the heat and sun conspired to make the tires greasy and the track slick. But still a great day.
Ran a bunch of :42's and lots of :43's. Car is still stock, but with Motul...
There were a number of '13/'14 GT500's at the 3-day event in December (5, I think), would be nice to see more out there again in April.

Went to Roebling again this weekend with Flatout Motorsports. Saturday was a few wet sessions in the rain, but it cleared off later in the morning on Sunday. I was able to squeeze in 'almost' four sessions.
Best lap time was a 1:22.7 with a bunch of 1:23's.
Video from my last session...
We'll be back at Roebling Road Raceway this weekend with the Flatout Motorsports guys for what is looking to be a great weekend at the track.
Would be cool to see a few more GT500's out there. They're on Facebook and have more spots available for anybody interested.
Next month is...
