When i have hte car running and i DO NOT have the clutch pressed in there is a constant ringing, when i press the clutch in it goes away......is this just a loose clutch cable or signs of worse :??: if it is the loose clutch cable is it an easy fix? i have very very very little mechanical...

well 3 or 4 months back i get pulled over for the first time for my plate being in the dash, he gives me a verbal warning and i go on my way and i just keep it in the dash not worrying, well a few months later the same officer pulls me over again and this time gives me a written warning then...

Im gonna have to remove my front passenger inner fender well to clean my damn jlt cai, whoever put it on before i owned the car faced the bracket to where i cant reach it with the fender well on :fm: , anyone have trouble doing so? is this easy?
