we had a problem with the passenger side downpipe Clamp it too big and we have to find a way to fix this and since i changed my radiator i had to milt the fan plastic cover in order to passe the pipe throw, cut twist and weld the pipe to fit to the throttle body , i had hard time installing the blanket lack of space but i manged it, the filter were too long on the driver side it hits the ABS houses so i installed flat filter and i have to purchase the short ones since On3 has them now , we will start the car today if there's any tune advice it would be nice

PS: any advice concerning the clutch, keep the stock or put the Spec stage 2+
thank you

This is a difficult post to answer. i'll do my best to help you out. The passenger side clamp for the downpipe tubes is easier to install before you connect the first downpipe tube to the turbo. it's close to the manifold.. keep in mind the clamp ISNT "too big" after you start tightening it down. I did not alter my fan plastic cover at all to make the drivers turbo charge tube clear, it touches and is a PITA but it didn't give me too much hassle.

As for the ABS and the air cleaner hitting it.. I removed the factory mounting bracket for the module and pushed it down lower so it would just BARELY clear the turbo filter. after I liked it's position i made my own bracket to support it so it wouldn't be supported only from the lines.. I had to trim the radiator closeout/beauty cover to clear the driver's turbo air cleaner's length.

as for the blanket topic, i'll assume you're talking about a turbo blanket. i have them on my car and in order to make it fit on the drivers side since the turbo and wastegate tube/clamp is so close, i trimmed some material off the clamp & side of the turbo to give me some room to play. if i didn't do that, the turbo also wouldn't sit flat on the flange and would leak..

I personally wouldn't start the car until you have a proper tune for the setup. but i'm sure letting it idle to check for leaks and what not wouldn't kill you. **2 cents.

Trimmed the radiator cover. Also loosened the abs bracket and moved it over. Snugged up one of the bolts and left the other out. It's supported plenty and allows just enough room for the filter.

One thing that drives me crazy is the filter fitment on the driver side pressed against the hard lines. Idk, just me I guess. OCD gets the best of me at times :)

This engine pic looks sooo Sweet!!! Would look even sweeter if the brake lines were hidden.

I plan on relocating mine through the fender. But AGREE, that does not look bad either. Still clean vs the way I have mine routed over the valve/coil cover.

Does anyone have pictures of how you hook up the turbo oil feed lines to the engine? My assembly "guide" says to refer to the pictures, but there are no pictures of it provided..

I wonder if anyone has made their own brake lines... Is there enough room to run custom made brake lines in a more inconspicuous manner?

You will need about 6ft line made and you can run them in the fender to hide the lines.

Lines are not cheap either.

I made new hard lines. Mounted the line lock behind the drivers side strut on the frame rail. $20 in steel line from the parts store, put the factory ends on and double flared everything. Looks a lot cleaner.

It's a conglomeration of brass fittings..I am going to get a donut fitting that goes INFRONT of the oil filter and has pick offs from it, then I am installing a moroso oil pan to drain back into pan.
