From what I have seen throughout the years, PD blowers (on more boost than a stock roush s3 or anything over 550whp) and anything 150 and plus shot of nitrous. You are running with a ticking time bomb.
The stock coyote rods just can't take the hard shock of instant tq from a PD blower or nitrous. Over time they start to bend and then just fail. This makes for sporadic failing of the motors and impossible to predict when they will fail.
Whats even more crazy, is that the motor will just all of a suddenly fail without warning, it happens slowly and after abit of time the motor just gives up.
So, after a week from racing your car hard, driving to work the car just randomly blows up.
Its easy to blame the tuner or the installer. But its hard to just take the blame yourself for using the wrong build.
