very impressive, thats huge numbers, woundering what power your compo would make with a bigger blower........

any modified mod motor thats has bigger cubes, head work and cams would take advantage with the bigger blower as it can move more air.....

The GM guys have made 1000hp with a 2.3 TVS blower on a small block, BADASS03/Jake has gotten close to that number, and inch per inch probably makes more.

Jakes engine flows a lot of air, and does so with very little restriction, a lot of boost or a very large blower is not required in that case, just a very efficient air pump.

There are some good twin screw products on the market.

However, I bought a TVS product to market because I believed I could offer more.

The VMP TVS is an OEM quality, bolt-on solution, with 100,000 mile reliability. VMP TVS blowers are actually assembled and spin tested in the same lab as the OEM 2013 GT500 TVS supercharger. The VMP TVS clears the stock hood and aftermarket strut tower braces that were designed for the stock blower. The blower fits all of the commonly available throttle bodies so you can re-use your existing parts, however, when you want more it is totally upgradeable. We have been testing a GT500 monoblade throttle body and prototype elbow to mate it to the VMP TVS. The results have been astounding.

With a huge inlet the VMP 2.3L TVS absolutely screams, not much boost is needed, either.

When the GT500 bolt pattern/footprint elbow is available later this year it will be a reasonably priced upgrade. The price is expected to be in the $250-300 range for existing TVS owners and will only add a few hundred dollars to the cost of a new VMP Cobra TVS kit. It will push the stock block to its limit and allow the built motor guys to take full advantage of the blower.

Waiting impatiently for the gt500 monoblade and inlet setup...lol.....looking for a 700RWHP street car :)

This looks quite impressive. You know you make it very hard for me not to dip into my rainy day fund for one of these. One of the few reasons I have not gone with yet is the lack of E85 Up in Jacksonville. :whine: How well do these blowers perform with just 93 Octane? My other question is, How much larger is this new inlet? Or are we just going to have to wait and see. Haha.

Nice work by the way, These TVS's have become quite the hit!

I bet with a GT500 TB and a REAL exhaust on it we could see a pretty crazy number...

I'd like to know also. As soon as the big inlets are available I can really make my decision to switch blowers or not.

SAY WHAT...

Jake makes 750rwhp through a C4. Although you cant put a fixed % on drivetrain loss with every different combo, id say between 20-22% for his setuo which would equate to 900-915hp which is a pulley swap away from 1000.
