Jus clarifying. justin said jake made almost 1000 HP with his setup on the tvs and another member said'l say what?!" so I assumed he wasnt seeing the 1000HP and thought maybe he was meaning 1000rwhp.

Jake makes 750rwhp through a C4. Although you cant put a fixed % on drivetrain loss with every different combo, id say between 20-22% for his setuo which would equate to 900-915hp which is a pulley swap away from 1000.

The GM guys have made 1000hp with a 2.3 TVS blower on a small block, BADASS03/Jake has gotten close to that number, and inch per inch probably makes more.

SAY WHAT...

lol...yea Justin said HP not whp. Even at 20% loss remember the blower uses anywhere from 50-100 also to turn it. With my combo though I think that % is less. I am going for 800+ this year though...

Expected power

I am looking into the buy a TVS and I was wondering with my car mods plus 3.2 upper what would be my power on 93 and 91 ? ( I have 6lb lower) I don't want to go through the headache of changing the 6lb lower, so do they make a bigger upper then 3.2 that will fit the tvs and would clear the stock hood?
Car spec now :
Ported eaton and inlet, ported and machine heads, stage 2 cams, accufab throttle body single blade, 3.0 upper pulley and 6lb lower pulley making 17lb boost, kooks long tube headers and high flow catted h pipes, Borla cat-back, 60lb injectors, sct upgraded MAF bap2400 with 10" filter , Kenney bell boost amp pump 40amp.

My goal to run the car with reasonable power but really save timing in 91 and 93 octane. So if can make mid hight 500 whp on 91 and 600-630 whp on 93 tune I will be more than happy

If you are in Florida why would you run 91?
Stay with 93 or better.
Limit your boost to 20 or less.
LTs will help to drop the boost a bit.

Here is a dyno graph of my car on 93 at 20lbs

Yea in Florida I will always run 93 octane, but if I even move overseas the highest octane there is 95 octane in Ron unit which is equal to 91 octane aki unit in the state. That's why if I am getting a blower upgrade I gotta consider a plan B if I ever move back that I will be able to run 91 octane in my car. Also is 657whp safe enough? I would like to be 620-630 max just to be extra safe lol

I ran it that way for about 1.5 years on 17* with no issues.
You can always decrease the timing if 91 is what you are running.
You could also add Torco to the 91.
