Throttle body and plenum modifications should not be taken lightly. Air flow restriction in this area will limit HP potential. Stiegemeier offers port-matching to fully welded and enlarged plenums to deliver all the CFM your throttle body has to offer.

Please Note: OEM throttle bodies have the best drive ability! After-market single-blade types will almost always improve HP and TQ, but usually demand attention from an experienced tuner.

Bench flow data was measured @ 10" of pressure, final numbers were converted to 28" data via pressure conversion constant of 1.67.

This graph shows our latest design for the M112 Cobra Eaton Supercharger the 03 and 04 Cobra mods are: Stiegemeier Stage 5 Combo , Under hood CAI (un-shrouded), 2.76 upper pulley, .100 Idler, Gates Belt K080740, notched tensioner, NGK TR6 plugs gapped @ .038, Cat delete, Jim Stiegemeier SCT 93 Octane Tune., boost was 14#s.

The Horsepower numbers are great, but the Torque numbers speak for there self’s. 503 at 3550 RPM’s , Not much off from a 2# Lower reading. The throttle response noticeably IMPROVED in and out of gear.

Jim Stated it was the strongest upper pulley only Eaton he has ever drove on the Dyno Jet (Jim does the tuning and also drives.)

Everything going out as of mid summer has been a Stage 4+. The Stage 4+ is a great mod at a very moderate price, HP per dollar. The Stiegemeier Stage 5 and 5+ are for those who desire the ULTIMATE Eaton upgrade on Planet Earth!

Dyno runs in the Winter cold weather. Everything has to be in proper working order and correct mods.

We do send out informational packets with all our ported Eaton Cobra blowers with tips and advice, anyone who has any concerns, issues or questions please call and we will give the correct advice on how to achieve your goals.

I'd like to know the difference between the 5 and 5+. I know you say torque plate, but what does that mean??

Also, will the dragon TB bolt up to the stock pl? Sorry Im still fairly new to Cobras!

Stage 5+ tq plate added with blower port and Aftermarket Tb and Pl port/weld.

All of Stage 5 plus a single blade Throttle Body with a Plenum mod (welded or non-welded) to increase square in area of entrance.

Stage 5 ported Eaton with ported and welded oem pl and ported tb is considered a stage 5 combo. Or Stage 5 is porting blower only.

Stage 5+ ported Eaton with ported and welded pl after market and tb. By adding this option you will make more rwhp and rwtq over the above combo.

Stiegemeier Porting is now in production of the Whipple Plenum inlet.
Our inlet has the EGR and Bypass in the stock location. The vacuum lines are approximately 1 inch taller.
When designing our inlet shape we left the short turn radius as is and increased the square inch area by raising the long turn. We also raised the entire charge area.

All welding,porting, machining, and flow work done in house.
