Do you carry it daily and use it daily throughout your day? Or is it used mainly at home.

The new one on the right looks to be a nicer size. Let us know after you've had it for a couple of weeks which one is more useful to you.
I carried the larger one last night. They are both a good size carry buuuuuuuut. I typically wear cargo pants that have multiple pockets because they are way more comfortable than blue jeans. They have a pocket knife pocket and half of them have a flap that covers the hole and half don't. The ones without like the picture no issues but the others don't close well. No issues with the smaller knife. Think I will use that one for work and the other for outside of work. If I had to pick just one..it would be the smaller...and better yet...cheaper one. One cuts just as well as the other...carries less a footprint. If I was in combat.....I wouldn't have either of these and it would be way bigger. I am not....luckily.

Side Note...I placed a Monster Can about 2 inches away and opened it last night. It put a small hole in the can and knocked it back a foot. The blade then was out of it's operational ability. Like it was broken or outside its track. I do believe this is the safety aspect it carries. I flung it out and it was perfect again. Open.....Close....perfect.

The older brother just arrived a few minutes ago. Just before I leave for work…nice. Easier to open due to more thumb surface area. Can’t say I love one more than the other size wise. We’ll see in time.

So help me out. I can't find those specific blades when I go to the Microtech website.

Here are some of my knives. I have some more, but nothing I would consider to be Kershaw or Gerber type quality. I used to collect knives, but I stopped a while ago after I had a crazy collection of them. Now I just focus on my car & watches, but I decided to just keep mu current knives since I still have a decent amount.

The giant foldable knife is more of a novelty than anything. It's one of those knives I bought at a gun show. You guys probably know what i'm talking about. There's always that one guy with a booth at the gun show selling those Katana swords, "belt buckles" that are just brass knuckles, smaller knives, American flag shirts, stickers, and anything where an American flag can be placed lol.

From the left:

Winchester, Frost, vintage Bell that is completely automatic opening and closing, not sure of the brand of the white assisted opening knife, Mil-Tech assisted opening, SOG Twitch II assisted opening, Kershaw Kuro Tanto serrated assisted opening, Kershaw Leek assisted opening, and a SOG Flash II assisted opening.

For reference, the vintage Ruko German Bowie knife is 11.5"

I have the same SOG. Bought a SOG Flash in the late 90s. Broke the blade about 10 years ago. I sent it into SOG and they sent me back a brand new Flash 2.

So here they are on the website but dealer wise I went here. They will tend to be out of stock so you may have to scour the interwebs to find one and to also price shop. They are typically the same price I found and the larger is harder to find.

Yes, microtechs are built that way. They will make themselves come off the tracks if obstructed when opening. To get them back on the tracks, just have to either fling the blade out or just simple pinch it and pull it out.

Once the blade has been opened (unobstructed), it is LOCKED SOLID. You can literally pierce through a car hood and it will remain solid in place.

This is SVT, it probably hangs in his bathroom if you catch my drift.

I had already viewed that page. But they don't show any of the knives with a serrated blade like you have. Or even as an option. ??

Went by the store and was extremely surprised to see this thing there, front and center. This thing was discontinued a while back by Benchmade. It is no longer available and it also happened to be in the exact configuration I wanted in. Tanto blade with serrations. The price was also on point.

I had to carpe diem this bitch!

Blade is 4.5” and overall length is at 9.5”.

Is not very thick or heavy (6oz). I’d say pretty at home on a carrier set up.

Here is a pic if it, next to the full size Adamas, which is a “heavier duty” style blade. Good for camping and light bush craft style tasks..

We got our laser etcher/engraver up and running today. So that means I got to mess around with it since I'll be the guy who does customer jobs. Lots to learn.

(I'm not offering services, I am just showing off my etching. Yes, it's a China knife.)

Any We Banter owners here? Was thinking about picking one up on a whim. Also have my eye on a Kershaw livewire in magnacut.
