went to the shop today and they said that my runner controller was stuck closed!?(IMRC) i've read a little info from some of the cobra guys. and they said all 3 of my cats were shot. Has anyone had this problem before, and haven any cheaper ways of fixing this problem.. its not pulling like it...

Its a pretty loud "HHHMMMMM....." type of noise. like huming? Only happens at low RPMS, then goes away if RPMS are over 2Gs. Mostly happening when i first start her up, or when its cold and even when i turn the wheels pretty sharp when i'm parking. Anyone heard this before?
