power seat not working???

My driver side power seat isn't working. Moved it all the way up, so i could crawl around in the back to tint the windows the other day, and not it will not go back. I can hear the motor running like it wants to go back. anyone have this problem or know how to fix it, i'm guessin its just off track or something easy.

check the rails..... mine gets stuck sometimes i give it a wiggle and it usualy goes

yea thats what i use to do. But thats not workin anymore. I''m thinking i'll have to take the whole seat out and figure it out from there
