i am buying a set of H&R springs tomorrow my question is if i have a 4-wheel alignment done will it stay aligned or do i need to buy caster camber plates or not? also is there anything similar for the rear like a stabilizer bar or anything?

I dyno'd my 03 the other day and it put down 367rwhp and 364 rwtq. i was pretty happy seeing that it is BONE STOCK down to the filter. are these numbers pretty good for stock or are they low?
