i have a question about alignment...

i am buying a set of H&R springs tomorrow
my question is if i have a 4-wheel alignment done will it stay aligned or do i need to buy caster camber plates or not? also is there anything similar for the rear like a stabilizer bar or anything?

The h&r race springs you might not need cc plates, i didn't need them. The alignment will not change once it is done. In the rear the camber can be adjusted.
