And SVT Lurch my car isn't a track car. It still has all the stock interior, AC, etc. Plus a cage But you are right I did upgrade the suspension and it does have big and littles for racing at the track.

Track car meaning set up for the track. I didn't mean full on stripped race car.

First you say you can beat him, now you stipluate what tires he has to race on after you challenge him and he doesn't back down?

Good f-in god man, get out of your dream world of random handicaps... The banana would bust the hell out of Smokey, it wouldn't even be a race... Smokey is barely faster than the Cone.:bored:
I'm just giving him some shit. I was bored at work, but I would still like to run it at the track sometime.

Not surprisingly 03cobrarocks.. your comments come from a car that lacks the power to create a serious traction problem, plus, a whored out solid axle.

Nice.

Ever run in the 7.teens at 100 on the eaton? I did.

SXI are they 16's out back?!?! If so, lemme know, I wanna break some shit.

No i have not run 7.teens with my car yet I am sure your car was ported and lower pulley at that time correct?... I have only made 3 passes since the solid axle swap with some bald bfgs. When I get my prostars on with some tire and a new clutch I will go back out.

yes my car does not have that much power, not everyone can afford a stroker and a big ass whipple!

But unlike you I am setting my car up for more hp doing it the right way by doing supporting mods first...

I know you have heard of people like almo! I laugh when people like him can pull off better track times than people like you... becuase they know it takes more than horsepower :poke:

Kind of sounded like arguing to me.

I guess I am just on the same page as Dan rather than foof... I would like to have the full potential of the power I have before adding any more power!

Different strokes for different folks I suppose

Now if foof still had his ported blower and I had my slicks and skinnies on considering my suspenion and less weight I would think it would be a good race! Too bad that wont happen tho :(

lol at foof..your a funny lil fellow..you say some funny one liners..but if ya went to the track more often you would see a ton of gearheads cars..not too many of us like to nascar race..we got into this game as drag racers who run from a dig..ill run you at the track whenever..its not my fault you spent all your money in the motor..and nothing on your rear-end..you made that decision nobody made it for you..i dont wanna hear the bs about a stock rear-end..ive got a 20 year old stock rear end in one of my cars with ranger axles..whatcha wanna do? :kaboom:

That was kind of my point. Foof seems to have chosen pure hp over setting the car up to go down the track whereas Dan has set his car up to mazimize E.T.s from the power he has. For Dan to call Foof out at the track would be like Foof calling Dan out to go run on the highway.

Yeah, but those are like $20 a pop even if you do break it. :p

So when is everyone going to the track so I'll know to get my car ready for it?

Ill run ya at the cruise on 5/18/08... Granted my car is back together.:lol1:

I'll be on low boost and doing some testing on launch rpm and some shake down passes, so it'd be fun to line em up.
