This is my opinion, Slobra needs to get more acquainted to his car to see the real potential. He raced Packy last week and granted Packy has a coupe with a Drag Pak, it should of been a little closer considering the circumstances.
I think the Black Cobra probably makes between 490-510 on a conservative dyno, it's just he is using all the power and getting it to stick to the street. The GTO is making good power, but is having to drag the extra weight and then trying to get it to hook on a 275 with a factory suspension.

I agree with you fully.
I will openly admit 100% that I am not used to having this much power. Whether it's me shifting too early or the tires spinning yadyadya I think I just need some more seat time. I went from a 99 Cobra with 280HP to an 03 with 550+HP. I did let out with Packy after he put a car on me but he beat me fair and square. Give me some time with my 17's and R888's when I get them and I will be happy to go out and get a few runs in.

Lol this guy^ and his stock cobra that he bought thinks he wouldn't get left sittin still by one that's been built , my cummins weighs almost twice what a cobra does and it'd probably blow your doors off too

that is slow, and very low mph for over 500rhwp. My 04 made 478 and went 11.6's @ 121.
This is the dilema. The car with equal or less HP out ran you, the car with much more power got beat? KB cobra's are no joke and in THEORY should've put cars/trucks on ya. But on the street anything can and will happen.
Well I'll try to help get this thread back on track. I got the last vid uploaded and this was the closest run, Cobra was in his sweet spot and GTO wasn't, end of story.
