Op, I'm following this on two sites. On the other, it's not nearly as polite is all I will say. Based on claimed HP, you should have pulled him by a couple of lengths at a minimum. Similar weight, but much more rwhp and rwtq. What rpm are you shifting at if you don't mind me asking? Which gear did you take off in?
Yeah I need to get some headers and I'm not sure about the offroad since I'm going to Cali, gotta keep a catted on hand for inspection purposes.
There is a thread on the GTO forum and I'd like it to be known that what was said from me has been polite. Maybe some of the GTO guys might be talking trash but the same results were posted there. There is talk over there the same as on this site. Alot of guys have been bashing the GTO here. Its expected though. I don't want anybody to think I've been shit talking.
Today I was actually beat by a ported eaton car. A Cobra with a Stiegemeier ported Eaton, pulley and a JLT CAI. Numbers were unknown but it was fast. I spun a good bit in 2nd..

What part you moving to? I run a ORX pipe here year round. It's not hard to throw the factory h pipe back on for a day every 2 years...
Which makes absolutely no sense as the ported Cobra is nowhere near 575 to the ground. Just food for thought.
Starting in third at a 60 roll. Car takes a quick second to really start going. Numbers of that ported wont be told for some reason.
Ill have to pick up an O/R X-Pipe. I'm not sure why I didn't pull sooner to be honest. I shifted fine every race and I have a raptor shift light set around 6500 I believe.
About to throw own 17's with 315 R888's in about two weeks.

Probably around 500 tops.

First that must be tuned on e85 not 93. Second that is a very generous dyno. If I recall those would be some of the highest ported blower numbers to date. Timspony was tuned on ethanol and barely made those numbers. Ande it makes no sense how a ported blower walks your friend and your kenne bell barely hangs. And on 15lb that isn't a mid five horsepower cobra. You need to do a little research on ported blower cars. Here are some most making around 500. No way a similar car on pump is going to make 70 more horsepower. E85 full bolt on may be around mid fives depending on the dyno of course. http://www.svtperformance.com/forum...minator-pictures-mods-dyno-number-thread.html
Ported Eatons making 550rwhp without head work or cams or n2o is like finding a unicorn. This coming from a guy that has ran a pullied stocker, a steggy and a Posi along with a Whipple so I am not just talking a a google meister bench master.
