What sticker went on the radiator cover? Some pics of the spot

I was trying to figure out what went in this spot. I know it was not anything there when the car was sold, but it sure looks like something went here.

Also where did yall get the custom plate that goes here. I have seen some people that have them. Thanks

Did emission related information go there? Usually that location is reserved for EGR and catalytic converter related information in most cars. I bought my car with the custom plaques already installed so I don't know what was there...

There was nothing there from Ford. Every '03/04 I have seen has that same blank space.

I bought my first 03' new, and nothing was there, however, when I had the re-flash TSB done, the Ford tech put an update sticker there.
