That's the plan, but like I said when it happens it happens. I'm in absolutely no rush and just b/c this thread is up doesn't mean I am going to race down to SD to run him and come right back. I could care less if we race at all to be honest with you. Some of you act like this is a wager match, but like I said this was just going to be a friendly little run with 2 badass cars. I actually just got back from an open track event today and the car ran incredibly well. I had to monitor my oil after my tech inspection where at my shop they found a hairline crack in my oil cooler adaptor. Duck tape and zip ties kept the leak in check and allowed me to race today, but my car is going in the shop for a new oil cooler adaptor this week.
Honestly like I said before I don't see this race happening for a while. I don't plan on going down to SD on the weekend any time soon. When I do we'll see if we can set something up until then you guys shouldn't get your hopes up. Sorry to dissapoint.

I can understand not feeling very motivated to drive 100 miles to get smoked by a turbo Z28. However, your statements are confusing and contradictory. You're flip-flopping on this race more than John Kerry. If you would have been consistent the whole time then this thread wouldn't get dragged out and you wouldn't get called out.

Nah I think it will be a good run, I mean you have a whipple snake capable of 600+rwhp, JD is probably around that range too. You never know what can happen in a street race, so like I said i think it will be a good race and win or loose its for only for funs.Venomous01 said:

BTW my car isn't making anymore then 640whp on 12psi. The only reason my car is light is because its a base model Z28 w/crank windows and all :coolman:

The car is going into the shop tomorrow for a new oil cooler adaptor. After that if you are willing to make the drive and my car is finished I don't see any reason why we can't make this happen this right away.JD_Z28 said:
