Never had trouble boxing or wrestling when I did with friends and all of them are 170 or over so I can hold my own when it comes to fighting. I think it is in the technique but everything I know is from TV or books.

Technique definately carries a lot of weight. I've never really had to fight, so I've never really trained in any fighting style.
