Source is GarageTek in Chicago. Floor is reasonably durable and stays pretty nice with occasional powerwashing and scrubbing.

Re: jackstands, any time I want to use stands I place a piece of Lexan between the stand and floor to prevent any chance of mechanical marring. Seems to bear the weight of wheels on a floor jack with no real problems. :beer:

Your garage gets an A+ from me!! Wow! Looks super and so functional. By the way, I see that the door on the left leads to another garage bay. But you didn't post any pics of it. Could you? It looks even nicer than the two bays you're showing. ;-)
