Trading a "retired" player for a draft pick didn't seem like a bad deal to me.Disagree. They traded a guy who was never going to play a snap for the Patriots ever again for a 4th round pick. They didn't lose any assets. And for a team that's rebuilding, there's nothing more valuable than draft picks.
