^^^^ Is this in a MACH 1 ???? whats it run at the track ???

I BELIEVE (if I read correctly) all the graphs he posted are of 03 cobras, but he was saying that specific car has a Mach 1 INTAKE manifold instead of the intake manifold supplied with the F1A kit. Reason for more power is the mach 1/99/01 cobra intake manifold is air-air vs air-water.

The graph with the correct powerband is a Mach1. No idea what it runs at the track.

The better graph is a Mach1 with a Mach Intake.

Like I said. Its not an issue that the A/A intercooler is better then the A/W intercooler that an 03 Cobra has that is giving it more power. Its the intake that is helping due to runner length. The A/W isnt a bad system but the A/A works very well and more efficient.

well time will tell, car should hopefully be done soon. waiting on chiseled performance for some custom fabbed tanks, and running their trunk mounted blower tank with Rule pump. After those come in, ll I have to do is finish the battery relocating, finish routing the coolant lines, and start that thing. Im sure there will be a long list to sort once I get it started, but once its started, plan is to drive it and get a few miles on the setup and then stick it on the rollers. Then we will see what power it makes and how it drives. Im sure stop light to stop light a ported eaton or twin screw car would kill it, but give it some room to stretch and im sure it will show. Regardless, I just wanted an f1a setup and more importantly a centri blower, have had everything except a centri blower.

getting the intake tig welded tonight and finishing my solidworks drawings for my custom tanks. Im making them to fit on the passanger side under the intake piping and have an assortment of inlets and outlets. If anyone else is interested in having some of these made i can send you a PDF of the drawings and you can have them made.

yes, started the car last week, ran great but still waiting on the aluminum tanks from Chisel performance.

New BOV is in, coolant cross over delete is in, wiring is all done. just lacking the fuel system before tuning, ill go snap some pictures and upload them tomorrow. All I can say is the F1A is LOUDDDDDDD!!!!! just at idle it was like a jet airplane.

Routed the wire through the car. Went in through the hole in the door jamb.

VMP housing with a sct5000 slot stlye. very nice piece

Did some wire tucking, and to make room for my custom made expansion tank from chiseled performance. Ill be running their 5 gallon in the trunk for the intercooler, and Robert made me a custom sized one that I drew up for him for the engine coolant.

Finished almost. still to add the coolant cross over delete that I got from ON3performance. Nice piece also and defiantly cleans up the engine bay. I have almost no vacuum lines showing and trued my best to clean it up.

Update: Car is Finally Finished and currently being tuned, sorry I haven't been very good at keeping up to date with this build thread. Since last I Installed the Rear Coolant tank for the intercooler from chiseled performance. Also mounted the engine coolant tank, mounted the coolant crossover delete. set up my belt alignment, installed the new BOV and modified my hood vents. also filled the diff with new fluid and installed my new Fore Return fuel system.

heres some pics:
Coolant Delete from On3 installed, relocated the thermostat in the top hose and used a lower 99 GT hose. nice kit uses a chevy thermostat and a Honda gasket.

Chiseled performance custom coolant tank for the engine and also a coolant tank for the intercooler with a Rule pump. wired into the OEM wiring harness so ECU still controls the pump and also installed abypass switch to override so I can cool while at the track.

Changed the pulleys and checked belt alignment, I seem to have it pretty damn good straight off the bat, so have to just keep an eye on it while driving and doing some WOT pulls.

Brand NEw Fore return fuel system showed up. running dual 340E pumps with a hobbs switch so only 1 pump runs full time. custom wiring with relays for each pump, -8an return and feed line with custom made lines and regulator. really nice kit from Fore, defiantly worth the money

Lastly I had to make a "sock" to try and quiten my BOV a little LOL, its really loud. also modded my hood vents so when I let of the gas and the Bov lets off, it doesn't blow my hood vents out.

not sure as the pulley combos dont really give youa boost and everyones setups are so different. id liek to think low 20s high teens, i have pulleys to go higher if needed. but wont really know until they stick it on the rollers and go wot with it

Car looks great.

I don't know if it's the mic in the vid or what...but it sounds incredibly loud even at idle, like lots of air. I think I remember watching tarheeltroopers car and don't recall it sounding as loud at idle...but could be mic equipment differences.

Looking forward to the numbers

yes it was extremely loud at idle, the BOV is right next to the hoovent,a nd the hood wasnt closed all the way, that made up for alot of the noise. also i changed the pulleys out towhere its not spinning as fast at idle now. It sounds a lot more like TC's car now. but as soon as you get moving its extremely loud.
