It's not. Jason Schechterle is the guy you're thinking of. I've worked with him a few times....decent dude, kind of a dick in an endearing way but he's earned the right to be. Easily the most inspirational person I've ever spent time with.

So many young men from about 12 up to about 25 wear their hair pulled back in a old woman's bun. I do not know how many of them I see on a regular basis and I am only an hour south of you. It's pitiful but they think they look good.
