J&S Vampire is a nice piece but ships with those. Just destroys insulation, well known shop I asked to pop it in when having other work done used them in the engine bay. Those plus heat, oil, engine movement saw inch plus of exposed wire.

Long story short pulled them all out, and had to depin all my injector plugs to try to heat shrink my harness back to life and check how many strands got cut putting them on. T-taps like that are the devil.

That’s why I opted for the 2 step harness and pinned it out. Kind of a bitch to fit under the coil covers but beats that
