How hard is it to change a pulley on a Paxton? I have a tial 50mm bov being used with the stock bypass, can i just replace the tial and leave the stock bypass in?

not the point.... it the honesty.
I found the elbow for 22 and the gate for 350 just doing a quick search.
im a fabricator so I pick things like this apart.

cost from vortech on the elbow for the 2011 mustang that i'm using is $50 plus shipping, that's my wd dealer cost.

so, If you have a supplier @ $22, by all means, direct me too them.

pick apart all you want, it's a fair price on a complete setup.

Hey beef was it ever answered......do we keep the stock/aftermarket bov or block it?

you have to keep the bov. this does not act as a bov. it only opens if boost is higher than the spring inside the gate is rated for. so at part throttle you need to get rid of the boost with the bypass valve.

this is for putting a more aggressive pulley to build boost faster. once it peaks out at the spring pressure then it bleeds the rest off. or put a manual controller and raise boost via drivers seat. similar to turbo stuff. but you don't want to run out of the efficiently range of the head unit.

I'm looking for the oem Vortech piece, not an aftermarket piece. I was assuming that's what you had found.

93 octane.

Sorry. Not the factory. But an aftermaket. May be cheaper material. But its low pressure so probably ok.what's the most it'll see 25psi?
I test all my welds for my piping and intercoolers with an air compressor. So if it holds 125psi I figure clamps and fittings will hold
