I was just going to the jltperformance site to check on the carbon fiber intakes and I noticed some changes. See for yourself!

Indeed, Jan 2012 JLT is releasing their new intake designs. And the CF CAI is in the works!

what is the difference going to be for TS guys over that of say the CF RAI? Enough to seriously consider switching??

I just installed a new CF RAI.......I don't think there will be a noticeable difference in performance. But we will see.

For anyone like myself who has just purchased the "old style" JLT ram air, I just got off the phone with JLT and they said the only difference between the old style and new style is that it was made to fit better on the car and that after testing it out, that there was no performance increase between the old and new. Also, the current RAI is $159.00 and the new design is $259.00. After talking to him I am going to save the $100 and keep my old style RAI. This was good news for me.

He also said they are still currently are testing the new CAI and High Boost models, and doesn't believe to see an increase in power for those too. So if anyone was wondering, hope this helps. I will also add the people from JLT were very nice and very helpful.

I was wondering where all the emails and calls were coming from, LOL.

We have been working on this for a long time I will be posting a thread later today explaining everything about the new stuff.

I'll say this early, we have tested this on several cars and power gains are the same. This is more for better looks and fitment.
