I've been promising pics of how the overall car looks and since the rain stopped, here ya go.

A few pics of how it sits and why I need to raise it up another half an inch.

Great project! This car will surprise a ton of people!
Thanks sir. I don't know about surprising a lot of people though because when people saw the blower out of the hood I was always asked what Cobra motor the car had in it.

whats the point of turning in a straight line ;)

sick project man. always good to see something that you don't see or hear about too often.
Touche sir. Though it does help when moving it in and out of the shop. ;-)

The girlfriend and I were able to strip the rest of the interior out this weekend and undo the wiring harness. Tonight I'll work on knocking out a few more things on the interior so it'll be ready for the dash swap this weekend.

Had a few minutes free so I redid the headlights with a polishing kit we have here at the shop.

So since the last update the shop has been super busy (two record breaking weeks in a row) but we have been able to get a few things done on the car. We're still working out the best way to retrofit the SN95 brakes but that should get wrapped up tomorrow morning.

T-minus 11 days till we want to run the car at the track for Test&Tune
T-minus 17 days till the NHRA & NMCA event in Commerce, GA

Engine completely hooked up:

SN95 Dash installed (still have to run the dash harness):

Dash on both sides completely prohibits opening the doors from the inside and rolling the windows up or down. More on this later once I figure out how to fix these issues:

Superior 31 spline axles, rearend bushings, and a rearend rebuild kit:

Update:

Finished up the front brake system finally so here's some pics of that. I've also gotten some inquires about how close the door handle is to the dash so I took a pic of that as well.

Driverside front brake setup:
97 V6 front pads/rotors/calipers
97 V6 front brake flex line- from passengerside
97 V6 front brake bracket w/ c-clip (relocated hole)
97 V6 front brake screw for hardline- from passengerside
Rebent & shortened existing hardline & double flaired the end

Nathan, isnt there some way you could flip the handles and shorten the rod? Maybe rebend it?

What about something a little less invasive than that and along the lines of what I mentioned last night:

Pop the rivet out that handle rotates on, rotate the handle 180* and reattach.
I took the handles apart this morning (and still have them apart) and that won't work unfortunately.

What material are the handles? Could they be cut, repositioned 180 degrees and reattached?
