I found a NEW F-150 listed on a dealers website for ONE DOLLAR.

I clicked on the lock in price, they called and asked me when I wanted it and I said NOW. They were all happy and I told them I would pay cash upon arrival. He asked is I had $32,000, I said NOPE, look at your site. HE declined to sell me the truck!

People think the dealer is paying $4k in payments(8x$500) but in reality dodge/Jeep it’s 6 month deferred payment and the dealer only makes 2 of your payments. I’m thinking it’s charging interest on those 6 months of deferred payments too.

For sure. Its a great idea if you plan on paying the loan off before the full term though.

$40k loan at 4% in 84 is a $6k in interest.
$50k at 4% in 84 is about $7.5k.
$60k at 4% in 84 is almost $9k.
Much better than $4k saving on the no payments if they actually do pay 8 months at $500.
