Also… I still love autozone questions

The fact that they had to ask me if my truck was a 2 door or 4 door for the ****ing battery was hilarious.

Also.. can anybody recommend an online place to get factory bumpers?

I’m tired of the gaudy iron cross shit

I've always wanted to ride sand. All that's around me is trails and mountains.

Brother it will absolutely blow your mind.

Everyone needs to experience Glamis and or Dumont dunes at least once in their life. Epic is a wild understatement.

Did you cut a step into the bedside?

They fit the contour of the bedside really well.

Still have to polish the side steps, that's project #1658, I'm working on #72 at present.

for some reason it felt like the front bumper on Dad's K2500 was "unfinished" without a factory airdam that came on the 1/2 tons. (Maybe because portions of the frame are exposed)
But after 10 years...I grew tired of how far it hung down, so I trimmed it.(It was cracked anyway)
I give myself an A for creativity...and a D+ for execution.
I think I can de-uglify it a little with edge trim to clean up the cut line and recontour the lower opening around the tow hooks.
Ultimately I can just take it off, like how it was in the first place!

And I added a Cunningham machine steering shaft to eliminate the rag joint. Surprisingly it tightened up the steering more than I expected it too.

It's been years since I've taken pictures of the Green Manalishi...

That good looking F150 has served you WELL! And those side steps really look factory. You're right that the contour of the steps is perfect.

I see brown on the sides of the front seats. Are those seat covers?

Thanks Bob. Those are the factory seats and covers. I actually need the drivers bottom cover, it's getting a lil' thread-bare. The light tan is the shoulder belt pad.
I adapted a '99 fold flat rear seat to get rid of the useless flip up.
