I said to myself I wasn't running again till I get my gears in my car. May see if he can install them sat. or sunday. I say we meet at Hooters and eat, I may skip out on the track venture to visit my sister who lives Opelousas who I don't get to see much ;-) .cobraRcraig said:

To CobraRcraig the track is between Opelousas and Eunice, enrty for spectators is 5.00 have them (your Sister) meet you there and join in on the fun. If you guys are planning to eat before the track remember the track closes around 5,so keep that in mind. FYI At the Creswell exit on I-49 is the New Evangelinedowns Racetrack and Casino Its the exit before the one to Eunice (hwy 190) They have the usual fare of Buffet foods etc and shouldn,t take long to get through there unless you get diverted to the casion area and shed a few bucks. (just trying to be helpful), I really want to go, but will have to be a best effort attempt) I may have my brother trailer the two Cobras there in his transport and I attend in my work vehicle, that way if i get called out I'll be able to leave.
I will aslo alert one of the lafayette guys (neighbor) that has a Saleen Cobra (03 Style) and there is another guy with an 03 done Prostreet Style (wins all of the Shows) I think the car can be found on Ebay if you wanna peep. Anyone knows how to reach Ray in Alexandria he has a Silver 03 recently tuned at Strictly Performance... KB, Nitrous, Automatic tranny, Solid axle. I'm sure he'd be interested.

Yeah guys when i startd this thread it was for a meet and eat and maybe show off some our cars to each other..I just wanted to get to know the guys in my area and get acquainted so then i would be in the loop for future meets..Im from lafayette and am trying to get guys that are from around this area and baton rouge, new iberia, abbeville and so on.....I would like for as many who wants to come to show the more the better!!!!
we could still go to the track, just after we eat.
