I've searched the web and couldn't find the answer to my question. What is the highest hp an eaton is able to push out on the 03-04 terminators, Pullies and porting allowed. With no motor work like heads and cams. Whats that baby capable of hp wise, and what all do you have to do to accomplish these numbers?

Thanks!

470-480 ish without a port. I've seen numbers up to 530ish with a port. Add E85 and expect more for each. This question has been asked 100 times.

No port you can get close to 500hp. Or if you run E-85 along with the mod's to get you close to 500hp then you could make the magic number. From what I've seen only 1 car has done this and it had E-85 in it. With straight 93 octane or race gas it's never been done.

Now all out with an aggressive pulley combo like a 2.9/6lb or 2.8/4lb, ported Dragon sbtb, 1 5/8th's headers, o/r x-pipe, JLT cold air kit, yada, yada you can make anywhere between 535hp up to 555hp'ish. If you reach above 540hp then you would have one great running ported Eaton car.

Without cams or E-85 the max is the 535hp to 555hp.

I can't remember who it was but someone the other day on the phone (or maybe here) is at 705hp with a Race Ported Eaton + Nitrous. I told him I thought he was the only 700hp Eaton that I've ever heard of. Maybe he'll see this and chime in....

Highest I've been is 650hp with the nitrous through a 4R70W which cost the car 40hp when it was put in.

I hit 697hp on a stage 3 and a 125shot on my old cobra... its possible but I had a pretty intense nitrous system which I gained 180+ off a 125shot, the biggest thing is doing a bigger main nitrous feed line which I gained 40+ HP off that alone.

Pretty sure Tony made more with his port/nitrous setup. BLK_03

Well, I said pretty sure, not definite. LOL So I could be wrong, but this was yrs ago now before all the eaton surge we have now. he blew his motor being tuned on the setup and then went turbo.

Once you start throwing nitrous into the mix you might as well throw op's question right out the window guys.

Stock eaton on 91/93 pump, you can squeeze about 80-100hp out of it. Depending on support and tune, this will put you anywhere from 450-470whp dependent on tune parameters, thats up from around 370whp stock average.

Stock eaton with support on e85, can be into low 500's dependent on tune.

Ported eaton on 91/93 pump can get high 400's low 500's with a really good tune.

Ported eaton on e85 and like posi saif, youre looking at mid 500's.

From you can see, e85 is a magical thing. Race gas results with pump gas availability (in some areas).
