$1500 a month, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Palm Harbor,FL. Going to be looking to buy in the same area soon.
We went to SF last time I was up in norcal in July to see Daniel Tosh. It made me realize how much better of a city San Diego is. If a building in SD sucks or is falling apart, they rip that shit down and put a beautiful, steel clad building in its place. SF? Nah, we keep it, gut the insides, and build twice as many residences inside with half the footage, even if its laden with asbestos and bum turds from the steam age and crumbling on the outside, it adds character! **** that.
I only went out there probably 2 times and it seemed quiet but I can also see how it could be bad.

1525 a month for a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house with a 2 car garage. We are closing on our new house though and my landlord said the rest is about to go to 1700 to be in line with the market here.
I couldn't tell you what my utilities run, I don't pay attention, my wife does the bills.
Is Marysville pretty pricey compared to the rest of the market? We've been looking at it because it seems like another one of those semi -untouched areas in the vicinity of Seattle that's going to become very popular for those looking to get out of the city.
