I don't really care what a Harley sounds like. I like how my Vstar sounds.

nothing wrong with how a vstar sounds bro, i worked for yamah for a while and loved the star motorcycles. I am going saturday to the local shop to see the V-MAX it is on tour right now and will be right up the road from my house this friday and saturday.

Your that guy at the light that blips the throttle every 2 seconds I bet. I love pulling up next to those types at the stop light and blipping my angle cut slash cuts from My Jap twin right at their half shelled wearing head. 2in Dia slash cuts angled up is quite loud from a little 1000cc twin.

Nah I don't currently have one. But the blipping started with the shovelheads with a low idle. If you didn't crack the throttle at a light the engine would starve itself of oil....Well that engine's head was terrible designed, so oil never really circulated correctly.

New pencil pusher riders just do that to look bad ass in their otherwise boring life.

That first one looks BUCK NASTY. Also looks very uncomfortable to ride, hardtail, very little padding on the seats, gotta sit raked out to get to the bars w/ forward controls.

but no the vmax doesnt OWN the vrod... it is awesome but looks like shit in comparison to a nicely done vrod
