You should be close to 600whp on 16psi. I had stage 3 pi heads with old school Shawn Jula d cams and made 570/510 on 14psi in 98 degree Texas heat with the 2.2

My car trapped a best of 133 with that setup and ran really hard, I wish the 2.6 sounded like the 2.2 but you will really enjoy the power

Nice, I'm doing a similar conversion on body panels, just waiting for a tune on the ysi and its going to paint.

Id bet you'd pick up more HP with proper blower cams vs the new blower. I had a vortech s trim mongoose kit from MPH, did all kinds of pulley swaps, power pipe, intercooler and even t-trim swap and nothing woke the 2v up like Tim's blower cams, wish I had made that my second mod after the blower. I picked up about 80rwhp, it made 487 rwhp at 9 psi on 91 octane on a stock longblock other than the cams.

Id pulley that 2.6 to its Max and get a larger crank pulley if you want to get near 600. That compression with stock cams is going to be tough to crack that number. I think without cams and 5-6 more pounds of boost out of a bigger blower you're looking at low 500's. Luckily cams are cheap because we only have two :)

one of my good friends here locally has also built his 2v and our setups are very similar. He's making ~660rwhp on 18psi with the same blower but yea he does have blower cams..........after trans im sure that will be next for me

Yessir. Wasnt the origional plan. Dropped it off at the body shop with all of the new parts and really got to looking at the car under their lights..........no way it was going to match worth a crap. If i was going to spend the money to paint the whole car, it wasnt going to be back that ugly laser red!
