I had to suffer through making my own A-arms to use with the UPR K-member. I ended up sectioning out 1.5" of material from a new set of 2002 A-arms just so I can use stock front springs with my turbo setup. What a friggen nightmare!

SO many guys want an aftermarket K, and want to use factory A arms.

Including me.

Please, offer them in black.

Hey guys, I am listening.

Keep in mind, I have owned over 10 79-04 Cars....including 4 New Edge cars.

I have used PA Racing, QA1, UPR, Team Z, D&D, Maximum - all with stock A-Arms at one point or another. So I know your pain.

My personal - PRE BMR opinion (and post) is that most of your options are not very good designs. Heck, 50% of the offerings are just copies of copies of copies. PA Racing made alot of these companies alot of money! lol

Sounds like we have the avenue for a solid product.

I would like to run stock A arms to start then upgrade down the road.

Other than it being difficult to get the driver side arm to fit in the mounts, my last car (04 Cobra) I used a Team Z K-Member, with the 04 A-Arms and it was a nice combo.

I had to modify QA1 Spring perches to fit, and I used the stock 04 Cobra arms with Steeda Ball Joints, Strange Struts and the stock upper strut mounts (no CC Plates). That combo was comfy, and worked WELL. I was very happy with it.

Of course, the other tricks were getting the bump steer to cooperate, and getting the steering shaft away from the LT headers. I wish Team Z would not have deviated so much from the OE rack location. But I understand why they did for various apps, especially race cars.

We already caught him ordering our entire line of 2016 Camaro parts under a fictitious name. Pretty funny how it all played out.

We are no strangers to being copied. It's very common for companies to copy our products.

That's damn funny.

Back to my question. How are you going to improve handling? I only ask because this looks like yet another straight line setup from your picture and I've been waiting for an alternative to MM, Griggs and Agent that wont break the bank.

I would not form much of an opinion on the strength of this piece, from the photo I posted. There are a lot of missing pieces, including the gusseting, that I am not going to share until we are closer to releasing it. We have made the mistake in the past of sharing innovative designs, prematurely.

As for the handling question, I will also reserve the specifics about this for right now. But what I will tell you is that the rack adjustability will help with bump in and out, and the ability to save weight without having to worry about a weak piece. Again, the geometry stuff I am not going to share right now. A, because it is not finalized in the design, and B, because I do not want our competition to see.

And to be clear here, I am in no way promoting that this will be a better solution than the current handling inspired or specific handling offerings on the market, but I will say that I feel it will be the best K-Member overall, based on price, design, and features.

I understand why you need to keep your ideas and designs under wraps. As long as there is an improvement in handling (camber curve, caster) and strong A-arms (not V-arms) You'll have a customer.

Is there going to be a need to move brake lines with this set up? That was one of the things I didn't care for with my current K member.

Like all of the K-Members we offer, this one will be a direct replacement. Acquire this K-Member, and simply replace your stock one with this one.

Brake lines...I am pretty sure that will be an easy task. I know what you are talking about, although all the ones I did I just pulled them down and away a little and all was fine.

As for the comment about the V arms. Well, that shape is the strongest shape possible when talking about FLCA and the load paths they see (heavy braking and corner loads) - but of course, we will make them strong. We have some prototypes, and, well, they are incredibly awesome.
