They started on Monday. The plumber will be in today to run lines and setup in everything. The schematics is for my brother's ADA compliant apartment, 20x40. He wanted his apt on the east side, facing my house, so he could watch my dogs play. Lol
The largest single door they had was 16' wide, so I went with that.

Hudson Post Frame, out of Seminole, built the building. They order the materials, build it and do the concrete.
Awesome customer service, very personable and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice!! You're gonna like that a LOT!! Looks like its coming along pretty quick? I've always been amazed at how quick a pole structure goes up with a good crew and solid supply management.

Specs on the white square body in the pasture....? Us rust belters get confused when we see stuff like that sitting...with rockers, cab corners and box sides still intact!

I’m not following this story.

You moved out of Delaware to Oklahoma for 2 years.

You have a house.

You’re building a shop. Is the shop also a an apartment?

Your brother is moving in? He likes your dogs.

The stripper pole is going to the 12’ ceiling, correct?
