I'm amazed at how quickly every stage is moving. Nice coordination for sure. Seems like there is very little down time between stages.
It's extremely busy here, and you couldn't build what you have here. Hurricane building codes are crazy.
No there isn't. I kept in constant contact with the job boss of each phase so I could keep the next boss up to date. I also did quite a bit of physical work prepping for each phase so they could walk right up and start working with little down time setting up.
