I just installed a new 8 rib tensioner and also a new set of idlers but now the problem is that the belt comes of the crank a little bit when i start the car. What could cause this?

Car making a loud noise i thought it was the belt but i changed it and still same and also i think it might be the pulley but not sure. Or do yal think the blower is making that noise?
