I broke a Stud off the cat when I removed it, I was wondering if anyone has done the same and what stud they replaced it with. It doesn't show a part number for the stud, only for the entire cat.

I snugged them up and now they won't loosen up? What the heck? Are they locking bolts and nuts ? Thanks
