I just lowered my 2014 track pack 5.0 with sr 1.5" lowering springs on stock struts. And now I have a noise at slow speed over bumps. It kind of sounds like oil squishing. Has anyone had this problem, or have a fix ? Sorry I'm new to cars. The video is of me pushing on the radiator support with the phone near

Yes I did, on the front I aligned the new spring with the fixed plate at the bottom of the front strut, where it was sitting next to the stopping point the old one was resting at. And when I put the top mount back on I just lined up the mount and bumped it up to the edge of the coil, and bolted the top mount back onto the strut

Did you compress the coil spring all the way, until there was no pressure on the strut mount, when tightening?

For the most part, I compressed it by hand and got the nut started then tightened it the rest of the way

Just kidding, today I took it out and it still kind of does it :(.....
I pulled the strut assembly out and slid that rubber/plastic sleeve that comes on the spring all the way to the bottom of the spring where it rests on the strut. It kind of sounds like spring rub
