and he spent the money to build the damn motor too. Mustang wasnt a forged internal motor, it was a stock motor.

I don't get the guys that pour money into Redeye builds. They are a terrible platform beyond FBO.

There was a 426 stroker with a 4.0 whipple on it in the shop when I dynoed my gt500 and I think I made +100 whp more than him and I still had a couple of pullies to go on my 3.6.

I would consider his max effort whereas mine was de tuned for the street.

I dont get it either.... but alot of things dont make sense to me. lol... im confused alot of times in life in general. That mopar is about 1000 pounds too heavy in my estimation to compete with the big boys. Imagine spending 40-50K modding the thing and then getting blown away and having it plastered allll over the internet.

Comments on the YT page are funny. All bitching about the Mustang leaving early, the Dodge could've had 2 cars and would have still been raped.
yeah... if i owned the dodge, i would be visiting that builder and have alot of questions as to why this beating was sooooo severe. Maybe its hurt and he dont know it. In the hayabusa community, alot of guys think they have 400HP bikes but in reality they dont (failed leakdown/compression test).

Yeah, quite a few laughs there. Hell, the Hellkitty could have left with a good jump and the Mustang would have still walked him big time. Man, that was a really bad kill!

Yup, the Challenger/Charger are beautiful cars and fun to drive, but they just can't shed weight. They are the poster childern for "diminishing returns".

I recall seeing a gutted, caged, lexin windowed, fuel cell Hellcat drag car and it still was like 4,200lbs.

I bet you can make a single cab 1500 lighter/faster $4$.
