One more business that doesn't support the 2A.

I was never impressed with them to begin with, from the stories I’ve heard. Looks like I’ll never have State Farm. **** them.

Had them for a decade with zero claims on house or cars. One roof replaced due to a hail storm and they dropped our coverage. Not too impressed and I would not recommend.

I remember pricing them for home owners, they were way above everyone else. Hope they suffer the same fate as dicks.

This shouldnt be a surprise. They take a low risk approach when it comes to insuring anything. They wont insure a lot of businesses b/c they are considered higher risk. They will only insure drivers that have a spotless record for the most part as well.

I have State Farm for my cars and home and I hate the rate jacks every 6 months. Time to make a change and this is yet another perfect reason. The company SUCKS!

I refused to ever use them due to their Parts Trader program they force on body shop parts suppliers (me). They want us to lower list prices and sell at below cost so they can save money, o and charge us for the privilege.

I'm in the same boat. My rates have gotten ridiculous, and my agent closed his doors under suspicious circumstances. I'm not thrilled with the service I've received from my new agent. I'm ready to do some price shopping.

My middle kid is president of a large local insurance place. He says to always shop around. My rate jumped $1,100 last year, and we had zero claims. He says they'll slowly increase your rates without you noticing hopefully. Needless to say, he shopped it for us and got us back down with still the same coverage. The same applies to auto insurance.

Big problem is I'm not sure who I'm going to shop.

Wow. Why am I not surprised. o_O Fortunately I've never used State Farm, nor will I. I hope a significant number of State Farm insured cancel their policies and move to another company.
