Thanks. A photo is worth a thousand words. Goes back to my original question that if I go with 11" wheels, does the bracket need to be removed to avoid being hit by the wider tire. I am sure others have been thru this; didn't want to learn the hard way.

I had read awhile back that on an '08, the bump stop bracket had to be removed. I have an extra set of stick rear wheels that I was thinking of having widened to 11".

Does anything need to be done to an '08 GT500 when going with 11" wheels" ? What is the widest tire which can be used with an 11" wheel?

Took the Mach to the track today. Didn't feel right over 5000 rpm. Check engine light came on. Checked with my SCT and had 3 codes; P0352, P0353 and P0354. Does this mean I have 3 bad COP's or something is else causing it?

I was told that I could have my rear rims widened to 11 inches to go with a wider tire but that there was a clip or bracket that had to be cut off to prevent rubbing. The clip was only required when the car was built. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have a Barton shifter in my '08 GT500. Duinrg installation I found out that the Competition Engineering drive shaft safety loop interferes with the shifter. Anyone know what front drive shaft safety loop will not interfere with the Barton shifter?

Took my '04 Mach thru inspection this a.m. because most of the categories they check thru the computer came up as "Not Supported". I passed 2 years ago with no problem. Has NJ inspection become more stringent in the past two years? What is best way to get it to pass?

I have seen vendors now offering the FRPP M-6066-SGT 605 HP upgrade kit for $3100 - $3500. Has Ford dropped their price? This is a big reduction from what is previously being sold for.
