The "Power By The Hour" Crew.
Pretty cool car at the Ford display booth.
I was just going to ask how you knew Bart, then I saw that you lived in south florida. Where in florida and how long ago?
I met bart back when he was with UPR in their delray shop. they did all the work, well, he did all the work on my fox body and joe took all my money. lol
I get to see bart about once a yr at an event. really great guy and cool to just shoot the sh!t with. he really helped me out a lot when I first got into mustangs and modding. I remember late nights at his house tearing apart one of my motors that lost oil pressure and dropping his 306 in my car. I owe him for giving me this addiction...he just doesn't like taking the blame. lol
that group pik is badass!

I lived in South Florida for 20 years. In WPB. I remember meeting Bart when Joe was running 13.8 in his white LX. LOL.... Before Super Stang.I was just going to ask how you knew Bart, then I saw that you lived in south florida. Where in florida and how long ago?

LOL... Yep. I was around in those times as well with my Candy Apple Red 88 GT. Bart is The Man for sure!Great Pictures Kevin.
Your friends Fox looks great with the 17" pony reps! Is the green 97 cobra from the Tampa area? I think I remember seeing it here at BMP and it ran very low 10's.
Funny thing is that Bart waaay back in the day worked at Super Stang --------> Now known as UPR, and worked on my car as well as many of my buddies back in the day.
I remember Joe ordering the WRONG set of headers for my GT and he blamed it on the Canton oil pan as to why they would not fit. So he hit them with a sledge hammer until they fit. :fm::cuss: He put a road race pan with "kick outs" on instead of a deep sump. Part of the reason why my car caught fire! Bart was the only one I trusted to work on my car after that. I do remember the "Super Stang" days.LOL, Joe was the recipient of a lot of my money as well! Did you know them when they had the little shop in Delray "Super Stang"?
I think I remember Joe puting headers on my fox in a rediculously short amount of time.
Thanks man. There were a Great Bunch of cars! :rockon:sick !!!!

no, I didn't know them in the super stang days. they were already UPR and Joe really wasn't working on cars anymore, just tuning. Mark and Bart were the ones working on the cars and then they started making their own parts and eventually Bart opened his own shop and UPR pretty much just did the parts thing.
wow, what a small world. I wouldn't doubt some of use may have even met up at UPR.
Did your car say "Kennedy Performance" on it?LOL, sounds like Joe! I remember him hurting his hand on my car and then launching a socket across the shop and putting a hole in the drywall above the door! I had a Black 93' Cobra back then, my dad a Teal 93' Cobra with a Vortech.yep small world.
It has a 331 Kuntz & Co motor, Custom Turbo kit, 4R70W tranny. What else do you want to know? It is a sweet car.Great pics . Nice and crisp and not overdone like some pics I see with too much photoshop work. Your buddies fox withe pony r's looks . Any info on his set up. I can't wait to get a set for my car next year.
